  • HubSpot - Includes accounts, permissions, forms, surveys, websites, rules, workflows etc.

  • Data & Reporting - Includes Spectrum reports, dashboards, partner production & modelling

  • Infrastructure - Office 365 groups, inboxes, domains, FTP, DNS etc.

Request Type:

  • Support - An in market feature or system is  down or not functioning as intended.

  • Change Request - Modifications to existing features or systems.

  • Feature Request - A new feature, page, service or workflow that does not currently exist.
